Job Title: Performance Coach

We are seeking a certified fitness professional to fill the role of Performance Coach. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, a strong passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, and the ability to adapt to new methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized training programs for clients to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance.
  • Evaluate client fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed.
  • Motivate and educate clients, helping them stay on track with their health and fitness objectives.
  • Stay current with the latest fitness research and best practices, incorporating new techniques into training.
  • Collaborate with the team to create holistic wellness solutions that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and progress reports, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
  • Ensure safety and proper exercise technique during sessions, prioritizing client well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized institution, such as K11 or IFSI.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome, with immediate joiners preferred.
