**Sports Program Director**: We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our sports programs, physical education initiatives, and wellness services across the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Comprehensive Sports Strategy: Create a long-term vision and plan for the sports department, aligning with the institution's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee Sports Operations: Manage sports facilities, gymnasiums, and grounds to ensure optimal maintenance and utilization, while overseeing sports programs, inter-collegiate tournaments, training camps, and physical education curriculum.
  • Recruit and Mentor Talented Athletes: Identify, recruit, and mentor talented athletes to represent the institution at various levels, promoting a culture of fitness and sportsmanship.
  • Collaborate with Coaches and Faculty: Work closely with coaches, trainers, and faculty to promote a culture of fitness and sportsmanship, organizing workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on health, fitness, and sports.
  • Supervise and Evaluate Performance: Supervise and evaluate the performance of sports coaches and staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting ethical sports practices.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • Ph.D. in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sports administration, coaching, or sports management.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale sports events and teams.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of modern training methods, sports technology, and performance analytics.
