Director of Educational Programs

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of our new program aimed at providing support and resources for gifted children. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the program from inception to maturity, leveraging strategic planning, efficient execution, and innovative problem-solving to drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design and implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans to scale and optimize the program for maximum impact and sustainability.
• Initiative Launch: Develop and launch targeted initiatives and interventions to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with the program's overarching vision and goals.
• Digital Platform Management: Establish and manage a scalable digital delivery platform to facilitate the large-scale dissemination of programs, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Establish clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess the program's effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance based on feedback and key metrics.
• Curriculum Development: Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum that fosters holistic growth, supporting cognitive development, emotional well-being, and the instillation of core values in children.
• Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, serving as a key liaison to drive organizational alignment, streamline operations, and ensure the seamless execution of programs.

• Industry Expertise: A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and a strong track record of success in the field.
