ROLE SUMMARY

The role of Alliance Program Lead is to drive the growth of Retail Trade & Forex Business through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Execute partnerships to achieve income delivery through effective execution of alliances, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing income delivery, expand market reach and enhancing overall performance
  • Select, document, negotiate and initiate business for partners ensuring timely business settlements
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables

Core Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all partners and prospects
  • Accountable for all control function interfacing including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU etc
  • Drive business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members
  • Responsible for driving revenue targets through various initiatives
  • Daily Dashboarding; creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of targets
  • Bridge between Partners and YBL for product related feedback, issues, and resolutions

People Management Responsibilities

  • Organize regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment
  • Bridge between Sales team and product team for product related feedback, issues, and resolutions
  • Periodically review performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures
