Program Manager Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing livelihood activities aligned with the project design and quality standards, working closely with project teams to achieve defined objectives and targets.

  • Develop and implement project implementation plans and budgets in collaboration with the project team and Director of Social Additionality.
  • Collaborate with government departments, including state urban/rural livelihood missions, to establish institutional linkages at the district level for financial and marketing support.
  • Organize entrepreneurship awareness and development programs, and coordinate multi-stakeholder workshops on enterprise development.
About the Role
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely and effective project activity implementation.
  • Uphold policies, SOPs, and protocols across all levels of the organization.
  • Foster collaborative communication with stakeholders to promote reflective practices and refine strategies and approaches for greater impact and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs.
  • Prior experience working with informal sectors and vulnerable workforce is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of social and environmental sustainability concepts.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, Bengali, and Telugu is essential.

  • Enhance technical quality through regular coordination with the Director of Social Additionality.
  • Develop implementation plans and budgets; support project teams in achieving defined objectives and targets.
