Lead Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing and implementing large-scale transformation initiatives, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Ensure effective management of Compliance-related matters, working closely with the Compliance team to develop and implement strategies that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to drive results and achieve project goals.
  • Change Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement change delivery standards, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in various tools, including Clarity, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and ADO, with experience in core platform implementation, system integration, and change management.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Possess a Project Management Certification and relevant industry certifications.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in quantitative analysis.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
