Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Compensation & Benefits
In this role, you will support the execution of compensation changes, coordinate recognition schemes, and assist with daily rewards-related activities in the India region.
Responsibilities include:
- Running dedicated processes independently under supervision, management, and leadership.
- Ensuring data accuracy in Fusion.
- Closely cooperating and managing relationships with the HRSS team.
- Supporting the preparation of compensation and benefits budgets, including regular monitoring and reporting.
- Preparing and monitoring data input for the Cheers budget.
- Working closely with the C&B Lead on processes like salary planning and bonus planning.
- Analyzing different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and preparing reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Preparing data input for salary surveys.
- Accurately computing bonus accruals.
- Providing salary data at business requests.
Qualifications we seek in you:
- University Degree.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong Time Management skills.
- Self-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tough deadlines.
- Team Player.
- Good command of English Language (minimum B2 level on CEF scale).
