**Location : Mumbai**

**Experince : 4-7Yrs
- Monitoring Prod, Pre-prod, Development environments
- Monitoring the plug-ins log for IBM Web server for all domains
- Monitoring the Datamatic services and WAC services.
- Preparing reports of health of all the sites, and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
- Display Scrolling Message regarding downtime.
- Display and remove Maintenance page
- Stop/start the services (WAC, Datamatic, kitprinting etc.)
- Providing out of hours cover as agreed with the Team Leader
- Interface proactively with other Infrastructure support teams such as UNIX, Windows, Network, Storage, Monitoring etc.
- Document issues and associated resolutions to problems
- Prepare documentation and presentation of progress reports to customers
