Job Title: Human Resources Operations Manager

The Human Resources Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business transformation by streamlining processes, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering collaboration across global teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes across global entities. The incumbent must ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.
  • HR Helpdesk Operations: Oversee the timely resolution of employee queries through effective communication and issue escalation procedures.
  • HR Process Harmonization: Drive harmonization of HR processes across global entities, champion automation, and scalability using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence, collaborate with HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience, deliver dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Operational Scaling: Lead the strategic scaling of HR operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
