Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading the digitization of services business processes globally, driving growth and user efficiency through robust data flows and scalable E2E architecture.

  • As a Senior Services Business Process Director, you will lead the roadmap of global platforms, ensuring seamless deployment across geographies to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • You will be accountable for designing and building services business process and associated tools evolutions, in close partnership with Schneider Digital.
  • Collaborate with the Services Data Office to build robust data flows within our E2E architecture, focusing on Installed Base, Contracts, and Offer Data standardization.
  • Develop and execute country deployment roadmaps for tools/data/processes delivered as part of services business process, collaborating with partnering teams.
  • Specify future services business within UNIFY, ensuring compliance with services offers requirements.
