Job Description
L2 Support Analyst
This role involves handling Level 1 and Level 2 analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for various technical issues.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling product queries and providing accurate information to customers.
- Coordinating internal and external communication related to support queries.
- Maintaining up-to-date contact information, supported product lists, technical details, and other relevant information.
- Participating in Technical Call Bridges for diagnostic collaboration with business partners.
- Ensuring efficient support by maintaining connectivity and account details.
- Executing tasks allocated by the reporting manager in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of application support, API configuration, production support, and corporate function processes. Proficiency in using ticketing platforms for incident management and knowledge base maintenance is essential.
You will be working with languages such as Python, Java, .NET, C++ Etc., and must be able to multitask and handle various tasks based on priority.
Education
A B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization or equivalent is required, while Post Graduation is not mandatory but preferred.
