About the Role:

This senior-level position plays a crucial role in ensuring profitable growth goals are met for assigned course portfolios.

  • Dive into revenue, contribution margin, and EBIDTA goal achievement for the University Campus Business (Daskalos) by driving enrolments targets, optimizing student acquisition CAC, and streamlining cost lines.
  • Collaborate closely with the head of business to align strategies and quarterly objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive progress toward quarterly milestones.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and propose strategies to enhance performance and meet contribution targets.
  • Work with the Product Creation team to gather insights on program updates based on market feedback and requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership, confidence, and effective communication skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and secure support for necessary changes and initiatives.
  • Employ a strategic portfolio approach to allocate budgets and resources effectively, meeting portfolio targets.
Main Objectives:
  • Pursue revenue and contribution goals for the University Campus Business (Daskalos).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve quarterly numbers of contribution and EBIDTA.
