Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to lead the development and execution of sales strategies to increase revenue.

  • Generate and nurture leads through targeted telesales efforts, leveraging online platforms such as Google Search.
  • Identify potential clients seeking counseling services and coordinate meetings to drive business growth.
  • Streamline sales processes and manage payment collections to optimize financial performance.
  • Accumulate detailed information on prospective international students.
  • Provide initial counseling, including course and university selection guidance, with ongoing training provided.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with foreign universities to facilitate opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Maintain a comprehensive diary system to track leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in business development and telesales, preferably in an industry-related setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong focus, goal-oriented approach, and ability to work enthusiastically in a dynamic environment.
  • Sincere, non-smoker with innovative ideas and a passion for delivering results.

Essential Requirements:

  • Personal laptop and mobile device.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Willingness to travel locally for business purposes.

Working Schedule and Timings: The role requires working 6 days a week, with rotational off-days, between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:30 pm. Second and fourth Saturdays will be worked from home (WFH).
