Human Capital Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Human Capital Management expert to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM globally.

  • Project Governance: Spearhead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation process for all modules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.

12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms. Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
