
Sales Growth Driver

As a seasoned Business Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Technology space.
- You will prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, following up with prospective clients within our technology stack.
- Aligning with various counterparts, you will strive to become a trusted partner, leading customers through an end-to-end sales and post-sales cycle in collaboration with Sales leadership to bring in Enterprise and mid-market logos, generating a stable revenue stream.
- You will sell various Software solutions developed by our organization.
- Ability to identify buyer personas by crafting a robust sales approach for Enterprise customers, larger SI, and IT partners for both B2B and B2C prospects to build a solid sales pipeline and convert deals.
- Manage sales efforts with outbound campaign planning for the targeted territory. Develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities. Own the end-to-end sales funnel.
- Be able to map and execute the planned sales approach to generate Enterprise-level businesses from Pan India and other markets through dedicated outbound sales efforts.
- Plan and execute acquisition of clients based on targets set to meet organizational requirements. Build and manage a strong sales funnel to meet set goals. Create presentations and case studies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- 8+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in Tech Solution space with a minimum of 5+ years in Enterprise Sales (preferred)
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Strong analytical negotiation skills ability to execute sales by mapping different stakeholders in Ent Business
- Must have great communication skills (oral and writing) and a great winning attitude
- CRM experience and outbound sales tool experience to map a strategic approach
Preferred Experience and Attributes
- Experience selling IT-based solutions Services
- Technology savvy for Web Mobile as well as have Custom Application development sales experience
- Good understanding and experience of latest technology trends and additional services such as QA Testing/Automation
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
