Job Description

As a Territory Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve territory-wise sales targets.
  • Develop and mentor Territory Business Managers for next-level growth.
  • Coach and guide TBMs on various job aspects.
  • Monitor effort parameters and implement strategies to drive sales progression.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education: BSc or B Pharma degree.
  • Post-Graduation from any other background with sound education and performance track record.
  • Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of first-line management experience in the same therapy area.
  • Prior/current experience in MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies is an added advantage.
