restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, catering businesses, FMCG brands, and retailers
who need bulk packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads within hospitality, food & beverage, catering, and FMCG sectors.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and large retail accounts.
- Pitch eco-friendly packaging solutions and negotiate deals with bulk buyers.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, customer database, and payment follow-ups.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 1–4 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in raw materials, packaging, printing, FMCG, or similar industry).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Local market knowledge of Vadodara/Gujarat will be an added advantage.
