Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Industrial Coatings

Location:
Gujarat (Extensive Travel Across the State)

Salary: Upto 3LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit factories and introduce Metguard products through detailed technical presentations.
  • Address technical queries and ensure product knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving repeat and bulk orders.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving set targets.
  • Engage in negotiations and drive deals to closure.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Industrial Coatings/ Paints, Coating Science, Corrosion Science, or related fields.
  • OR proven experience in
    industrial/B2B sales
    of industrial coatings or other technical products.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Sound technical knowledge of industrial coatings/painting processes.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and interact confidently with customers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused.
