Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and follow up on leads generated via website, campaigns, and databases
  • Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products from our portfolio (material handling, storage, industrial cleaning etc.)
  • Coordinate with field sales and technical team to support deal closure
  • Maintain CRM with accurate data and follow-ups
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions
  • Assist with creating sales collateral, presentations, and quotations
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer responses

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer success (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and listening skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience or interest in industrial/B2B sales is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
