Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and follow up on leads generated via website, campaigns, and databases
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products from our portfolio (material handling, storage, industrial cleaning etc.)
- Coordinate with field sales and technical team to support deal closure
- Maintain CRM with accurate data and follow-ups
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions
- Assist with creating sales collateral, presentations, and quotations
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer responses
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer success (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and listening skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience or interest in industrial/B2B sales is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
