Our client an Authorised Sales & Service Provider of CNG Compressor, Bio Gas Compressor, Hydrogen Compressor for CP brand ( Atlas Copco), We are Authorised Reseller for Parker Haniffin india for Instrumentation Fittings, Hoses, Dispenser etc. We are Authorised reseller of Tubacex Highpressure & High Temprature tubes.

We are hiring for their requirement of Service Manager:

Position: Field Sales & Marketing Engineer

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in field sales in electrical or power sector preferre

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering

Role Purpose: To support the company's growth by generating leads, building client relationships, driving sales of MV/HT

products and services, and supporting marketing initiatives to expand the company's market

presence in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential clients (industrial plants, utilities, SEBs).
  • Conduct technical presentations, demos, and explain product/service benefits.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate and close orders.
  • Promote after-sales services including maintenance, retrofit, calibration, commissioning.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and report findings.
  • Organize local events, site visits, workshops, and technical seminars.
  • Maintain customer relationships, ensure service follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets, track activities, and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales in electrical or power sector preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of MV/HT switchgear, relays, panels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, able to travel frequently.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality norms in power sector.
