Job Description – Female Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive (Female)Experience: 6–8 yearsSalary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per monthEducation: Master's (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)Location: Vadodara

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Female Sales Executive to work in a tyre recycling company, with strong B2B industrial sales experience (preferably in rubber reclaim and crumb rubber). The role combines business development, client servicing, and sales coordination, ensuring smooth order execution from lead generation to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate leads, build and manage domestic & international B2B client relationships.

· Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and follow up for POs, payments, and collections.

· Coordinate with accounts, plant, logistics, and marketing for timely order execution.

· Manage work orders, dispatches, GST invoicing, and maintain sales/marketing records.

· Track sales performance, prepare reports, and support monthly/annual closing.

· Handle client queries, provide product/pricing details, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

· 6–8 years' proven B2B sales/marketing experience; tyre recycling/rubber/polymer industry preferred.

· Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written); Hindi an advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Ability to manage clients, negotiate, and resolve disputes effectively.

· Flexible to work as per client/business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
