Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Executive, located in Vadodara. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering expert advice on our range of products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting sales, maintaining and deepening relationships with customers, and meeting retail sales targets. The Retail Sales Executive will also collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience, from initial inquiry to final sale.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Previous experience in a retail environment is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
