ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responding to customer enquiries, provide technical support, and prepare quotations based on product specifications and requirements. ● Handling of RFQs. ● Oversee payment follow-ups and collections to ensure timely revenue flow. ● Maintaining strong communication with customers to clarify technical details and order status. ● Supporting the external sales team by preparing sales documentation, proposals, and presentations. ● Developing and maintaining customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer satisfaction. ● Providing feedback from customers to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services. ● Reply to emails and sharing information with team if there is any change in schedule by customer end. ● Making data on Schedule vs. Supply on daily basis and evaluating the same. ● Monitoring and tracking sales orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date ● Reaching out for tenders and assisting in tender preparation and contract review when necessary. ● Follow up on open quotations and support the sales team in achieving targets. ● Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Seeking new business for the company.
