Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field sales, customers, and internal supply-chain teams.
  • Process quotations, purchase orders, and invoices accurately within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Track inventory, shipment status, and delivery schedules, proactively resolving delays.
  • Compile daily sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
  • Coordinate product demos, client meetings, and trade-show logistics to support revenue goals.
  • Drive continuous process improvements that shorten order-to-cash cycles and boost client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years experience in sales coordination or inside sales within B2B/B2C environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in order processing.
  • Excellent spoken & written English plus local language fluency.

Preferred

  • Exposure to ERP tools (SAP, Tally, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting or inventory planning.
  • Experience supporting consumer electronics or fast-moving products.
