We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- ">
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals with clients.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on performance metrics, client feedback, and sales activities for ongoing process improvement.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Equivalent experience may be considered)
