Our organization is seeking a skilled Customer Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities for expansion, and deliver exceptional service to retain existing business. A consultative sales approach, coupled with expertise in staffing programs, is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business and increase client revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden services within the existing customer base.
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers to retain existing business.
  • Stay current on clients' businesses, industries, and objectives to provide informed recommendations.
  • Provide thought leadership to clients through presentations and recommendations.
  • Responsible for increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins from existing clients.
  • Accountable for all aspects of client relationships, including pre- and post-sales technical assistance.
  • Build a sales pipeline for the account and deliver activities per set SLAs.
  • Competent in all aspects of the recruiting process to support recruiters' efforts.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize high-volume requisition workloads.
  • Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation, communications, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in features, advantages, and benefits of enterprise products and solutions.
  • Develop new business across multiple products and solutions by expanding to additional client departments and divisions.
