The HVAC Sales Manager position is a dynamic role that drives sales growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- We seek an ambitious professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC markets.
- This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and project status.
- A strong understanding of company policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards is essential.
- The successful candidate will assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing HVAC sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- This individual will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and OEM partners.
- They will prepare and deliver competitive quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Effective communication and coordination with internal teams (operations, engineering, logistics, service) is crucial for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- The successful candidate will provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF, Chillers, Ducted & Packaged Units.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required.
- The ability to prepare proposals, technical documents, and commercial offers is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking is required.
