Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Solution Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with development teams to implement solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new products and services.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions and ensure they align with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop reports and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in UAT and ensure successful implementation of banking systems and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in business process analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.
  • Knowledge of banking systems and software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other BA tools.
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools.
