Senior Strategic Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Advisor to lead and manage our consulting projects.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing customized solutions, and translating business challenges into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and operational consulting projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic and operational consulting projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Domain expertise in a specific industry or function (e.g., IT, supply chain, HR, data analytics).
  • Experience in business transformation, change management, or digital innovation projects.
