Role Summary:This role is responsible for facilitating the development of business solutions by translating client needs into functional requirements.
- Drafts detailed specifications to capture client expectations
- Ensures that development teams comprehend these specifications
- Provides expertise in areas such as switch, acquiring, and issuing
- Analyzes current workflows and suggests improvements to enhance efficiency
- Validates developments to ensure alignment with client requirements
The successful candidate will contribute to developing a testing strategy aligned with functional requirements, track acceptance criteria for each test level, schedule test datasets based on deliveries and major risks, monitor and address anomalies identified during testing, and draft functional, technical, and process-related documentation.
- Develops a comprehensive testing plan consistent with functional requirements
- Tackles test data preparation based on delivery timelines
- Identifies and addresses issues arising from testing exercises
- Prepares clear documentation outlining functional, technical, and procedural aspects
Supports pre-sales activities to bolster commercial efforts, participates in pre-sales initiatives for clients and prospects, collaborates with sales teams to develop Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions, and assists in organizing training sessions.
- Lends support to pre-sales engagements to boost commercial endeavors
- Promotes collaborative effort among sales teams
- Develops PoC solutions for enhanced customer engagement
- Contributes to organizing training sessions
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess relevant experience in the field, domain knowledge in Cards and Payments, familiarity with Cards Issuing/Acquiring/Switching, and excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in related fields
- Mandatory domain expertise in Cards and Payments
- Familiarity with Cards Issuance, Acquiring, and Switching
We operate on a 5-day work-from-office model, and our location is Pune.
