Job Overview

This role is a key enabler of business objectives, driving strategic collaboration between commercial teams and product owners.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements Definition: Drive effective requirements definition to create objective testable requirements that result in a business solution meeting or exceeding defined objectives.
  • Functional Requirements Creation: Create functional requirements in use cases, coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-off, verifying with customers that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
  • User Story Development: Write testable user stories and perform process mapping and analysis.
  • Process Facilitation: Facilitate testing of new functionality rollouts, drive process standardization for owned processes.

You will analyze, communicate, and implement solutions, leveraging industry best practices and tools. A strong understanding of global IT operations, CRM systems, web development, and CRM strategy is essential.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, engineering, or science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in Business Analysis with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years as a business analyst in CRM, IT, web development, and CRM strategy.

This role requires outstanding communication, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills. Strong business process design and reengineering techniques are a must, along with the ability to operate effectively in a global environment.
