Job Title: Business Solution Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to fill the role of Business Solution Analyst. This position requires an individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to think critically, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
As a Business Solution Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. You will analyze complex data, identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis of data and trends
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software
  • Experience with system configurations and workflow updates
  • Knowledge of business processes related to business channel supported
