Role Overview :.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Life Insurance and IT Delivery.

The ideal candidate will be adept at requirement analysis, process optimization, and aligning business needs with technology solutions.

This role demands strong communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage and review a team of Business Analysts.

Responsibilities :.

- Analyze business requirements leveraging strong process, solution, and product knowledge.

- Understand constraints in implementation and technology to ensure feasible and impactful design.

- Follow the project deployment roadmap and proactively manage potential cut-over issues.

- Quickly resolve common issues by analyzing root causes and providing effective solutions.

- Participate in client discussions to comprehend requirements, articulate to stakeholders, and recommend best practices.

- Conduct requirement workshops, understand AS-IS processes, and recommend high-level process and system changes.

- Identify solution alternatives considering gap resolution, user acceptability, technical feasibility, and efficiency.

- Train end-users and key-users, and create associated training materials.

- Assist in presales activities, providing inputs for solution design and team structure.

- Develop marketing and GTM artifacts (case studies, solution brochures, etc.

- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, review their documents, and ensure quality and alignment.

Technical / Domain Competencies :.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, JIRA, and MS Visio.

- Associate (III) or LOMA certifications such as ALMI / ACS.

- Strong understanding of Life Insurance business and its IT delivery ecosystem.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across varying levels of stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
