Recruitment Leader - Warehousing and Logistics

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions within the warehousing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions that align with business objectives.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Draft and post job ads, as well as leverage social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive volume hiring and niche recruitment initiatives in warehousing/logistics functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Warehousing/Logistics industry.
  • A deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
