Job Title:

Senior Executive, HR Management

The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change, supporting senior leadership in implementing people initiatives and shaping systems that drive compliance and rebuild processes for long-term sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and statutory bodies as required
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering/industrial background preferred)
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes
  • Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility
