Leadership Skills:
Providing sound leadership to boost results is an essential part of this role. You will demonstrate impeccable leadership skills by overseeing electricians and their scope of work, working closely with internal teams, and being the main point of contact for vendors for all maintenance services.

Reporting:
Churning out reports will also be part of your mandate. In this role, you will monitor maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports on these activities.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess technical competence like no other. A degree holder with at least three years' experience in the field is required. You must also have a strong working knowledge of policies, building maintenance, and people management. Proven expertise in the principles and techniques of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general property management may give you an edge in getting the job.
