Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Lucknow. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities related to Capacity Building and Skill Development Training, managing timelines, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. They will need to collaborate with team members, external stakeholders, and clients, provide status updates, prepare project reports, and monitor progress. Ensuring compliance with project goals and objectives, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, and addressing any issues promptly will also be crucial tasks.

Qualifications

  • Project Coordination, Project Management, and Organizational skills
  • Effective Communication, Teamwork, and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, Analytical, and Critical Thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Project Management Software, and ICT tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the fields of Training and Capacity Building, Sustainable Energy or related areas is a plus
