Job Role

Technical Product Specialist and Application Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for application and system issues (L1 & L2) and escalate as required.
  • Monitor application performance and alerts to ensure smooth operation of production and non-production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using skills in Linux/Unix, Windows, SQL, Shell scripting, and Monitoring tools.
  • Support production deployments, patching, and configuration changes while maintaining system documentation and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to resolve incidents and maintain Agile practices.
  • Follow incident, change, and problem management practices to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Participate in shift-based or on-call support rotation to provide 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows, SQL, Shell scripting, and Monitoring tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
