Senior Technical Learning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for various audiences, including new hires and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content that meets the needs of our business.
  • Design and deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and webinars.
  • Assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical learning and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical learning, including design, development, and delivery of training programs.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and effective training content that meets business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
