Microsoft 365 Consultant: A Technical Expertise Opportunity

About the Role:

As a highly skilled Microsoft 365 consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical expertise to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice to sales and project teams, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to sales and project teams on Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients, collaborating with their staff and suppliers as needed.
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 services for maximum efficiency.
  • Evaluate existing infrastructure for migration to Microsoft 365 cloud solutions.
  • Conduct technical gap analysis and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Develop high-quality documentation, including diagrams and technical baselines.
  • Work within change management processes, presenting changes at Change Advisory Board meetings.
  • Support project management in developing technical project plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • English proficiency level C1 or above.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365.
  • Technical skills across Azure Identity Services, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Information Protection & Governance; Sensitivity Labels, DLP, ATP Defender (Desirable).
  • Cloud Application Security.
  • PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Application Packaging skills.
  • On-premises and traditional infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
