ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with 6-8 years of experience to manage customer-reported issues within the media and OTT space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Customer Issue Analysis & Root Cause Identification:
  2. Investigate production issues across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, Smart TVs) and identify root causes.

Debugging & Resolution Management:

  1. Perform technical analysis of issues related to media streaming, playback, crashes, or player behavior using tools and logs.
  2. Debug content playback, CMS related issues with relevant teams.
  3. Track issues to closure ensuring minimal impact on customer experience.

Stakeholder Communication & Escalation Management:

  1. Serve as primary point of contact for issue tracking, resolution updates, and escalations.
  2. Provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency on issue status.
