Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
">About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled technical professional to manage and resolve complex technical issues, provide exceptional customer support, and work closely with internal teams to resolve performance-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to performance and instance availability.
- Analyze metrics and identify trends using tools like Big Data, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Tune databases, add indexes, maintain tables and data, and understand execution plans.
- Review application code to identify and fix performance concerns.
- Bridge the gap between customers and internal teams to reproduce performance issues and find root cause analysis.
- Experience with relational databases, Java, object-oriented design principles, memory management, scripting languages (JavaScript preferred), and advanced Unix/Linux skills.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
- Ability to analyze java heap dumps and thread dumps.
