Job Description

As a Senior Payroll Specialist at MoEngage Inc., you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing, statutory deductions, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve performing pre-calculations, reviewing payroll workings, and coordinating with stakeholders across the globe. You will also be responsible for handling payroll queries, tax queries, and paycheck calculations, as well as ensuring the completeness of payroll controls and participating in audits. Additionally, you will prepare department-wise salary reports, strength reports, and attrition reports. Your preferred skills should include strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. A Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience or a graduate with 6-8 years of experience in a similar role is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire payroll process, including salary processing, statutory deductions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform pre-calculations, review payroll workings, and coordinate with stakeholders across the globe.
  • Handle payroll queries, tax queries, and paycheck calculations.
