Key Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated sales leader to drive growth in the racking and storage industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner with a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong client relationships.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and leading the sales operations team.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Possess in-depth product knowledge of our racking and storage solutions to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Prepare compelling proposals and quotations, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Travel Requirements: Demonstrate a willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and expand our market presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales leader or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in the racking or storage industry is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Experience with market analysis, proposal preparation, and customer support.
