Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective management of the superstore channel to improve sales and revenue.
  • Responsible for new outlet openings, product launches, and merchandising activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry with channel management expertise.
  • Product understanding, negotiation skills, and local geographical knowledge.
  • Local language fluency and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Distributor management and basic calculation skills for retail schemes and distributor schemes.
  • Graduate or MBA degree.
