Job Description
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the Paint Industry. Your key objective will be to build strong relationships with contractors, painters, and dealers to increase sales and expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with customers and promote our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, painters, and dealers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Critical Skills: Customer Service, Customer Experience, Sales & Marketing Skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Loyalty Program Enrolment: Coordinate with loyalty program team for enrolment and adoption of digital solutions.
- Painter registration and activation: Work with external agencies to register and activate painters on our platform.
- Digital Adoption: Drive usage of the Painter App among contractors and painters.
- Feedback and Complaint Handling: Gather feedback on implementation gaps and features on the app, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Community Engagement: Plan events and activations to engage with the community and promote our brand.
