Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to lead our company's digitization and implementation of our human resources management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the HRMS, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.
  • Design and deliver training modules for HRMS adoption across employee levels.
  • Ensure timely generation and analysis of HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
  • Partner with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably with technical background, and an MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes, HR technology, and process automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from HR data.
