Key Account Implementation Manager

This is a senior role in which you will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle of large-scale customer accounts. You will work closely with clients to identify their workflow processes and business challenges, and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

  • Mentor junior consultants to ensure they are effective in their roles.
  • Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, implementing and configuring product suites to meet client requirements.
  • End-to-end management of the implementation cycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Design optimal solutions that meet client business needs, working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans and Business Requirements documents to guide successful implementations.
  • Oversee the configuration and implementation of product suites, working closely with business analysts.
  • Develop strategies for each engagement, identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project timelines.
  • Participate in project planning activities, defining detailed tasks and activities.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, preparing test scripts, training materials, and checklists.
  • Responsible for overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is desirable.
  • 12+ years of experience, with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is beneficial.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience implementing multiple project configurations, with proven incorporation of structured planning and testing processes.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level.
  • Expertise in business processes, knowledge on system development, process improvements.
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Expertise with modeling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Engagement in integration touch points and understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
