As a Managed Cloud Provider for Mission-Critical Applications, Syntaxis excels in implementing and managing ERP deployments (Oracle, SAP) in secure cloud environments

  • Analyze business requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions and documenting accurate client needs mapping to SAP processes.
  • Configure SAP FICO solutions and recommend selecting suitable SAP processes to meet client requirements effectively.
  • Perform functionality testing using unit, integration, system, regression and dry run methods, including various tools.
  • Design test plans for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
  • Determine process completeness based on business requirements.
  • Coordinate project tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Provide support for business applications to associates or third parties to maintain productivity levels.
  • Deliver basic training to end-users and work closely with business decision makers.
