Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Info City, Gandhinagar. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the development and launch of AI-powered business systems, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. Responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing product features, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, as well as mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Management, including defining product vision and strategy, and overseeing product development from concept to launch
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business systems
  • Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly in the Life Sciences sector
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the Life Sciences or healthcare industry is a plus
